选择自制碳源、酸源、气源与一体的阻燃剂B-1,螺环类阻燃剂-PEPA及具有酸源和气源的多聚磷酸铵(APP)为基本阻燃元素进行配方设计,考察了不同成碳剂品种(A1、A2、A3、A4、A5)及用量对阻燃效果的影响。试验结果表明:PEPA与APP复配具有很好的阻燃效果,当PEPA/APP配比在60~40/40~60范围内,成碳剂A1加入量为1.0%,阻燃剂总添加量为30%时达到UL-94 V-0标准,通过优化偶联剂的品种和用量,使膨胀型阻燃聚乙烯在拥有阻燃效果的同时具有优良的力学性能及加工性能。

The basic flame retardant elements of the recipe were selected from ammonium polyphosphate(APP) with gas source and acid source, self-made flame retardant B-1 with carbon source& acid source&& gas source, and spiro-flame retardant PEPA. Effects of different carbon forming agent (A1, A2, A3, A4, A5) and its dosage on flame-retardant effect were studied. The test result shows that the synergism of PEPA and APP has good flame-retardant effect, when the synergism ratio of PEPA/APP is at the range of 60~40/40~60, carbon forming agent A1 dosage is 1.0%, total flame retardant dosage is 30%, the UL-94 V-0 standard can be met, the intumescent flame retardant polyethylene owns not only flame retardant effect,but also good mechanical property& manufacturing property after optimizing the dosage and type of coupling agent.
