采用Y-β复合分子筛负载H3PWl2O40为催化剂,对苯甲醛与1,2-丙二醇发生缩合反应合成苯甲醛1,2-丙二醇缩醛进行了研究,考察了催化剂用量、醇醛摩尔比、反应时间、带水剂用量及催化剂重复使用次数等因素对收率的影响。结果表明,该催化剂具有催化性能高,易回收并有较好的重复使用性能等优势。最佳反应条件为:苯甲醛0.1 mol,醇醛摩尔比1.2,催化剂用量0.6 g,带水剂环己烷用量为10 mL,反应40 min后收率为92.3%。
採用Y-β複閤分子篩負載H3PWl2O40為催化劑,對苯甲醛與1,2-丙二醇髮生縮閤反應閤成苯甲醛1,2-丙二醇縮醛進行瞭研究,攷察瞭催化劑用量、醇醛摩爾比、反應時間、帶水劑用量及催化劑重複使用次數等因素對收率的影響。結果錶明,該催化劑具有催化性能高,易迴收併有較好的重複使用性能等優勢。最佳反應條件為:苯甲醛0.1 mol,醇醛摩爾比1.2,催化劑用量0.6 g,帶水劑環己烷用量為10 mL,反應40 min後收率為92.3%。

Synthesis of benzylaldehyde 1,2-propanediol acetal by acetalization of benzylaldehyde with 1,2-propanediol catalyzed by H3PWl2O40/Y-β was studied. The effect of different factors, such as amount of catalysts, ratio of 1,2-propanediol to benzylaldehyde, reaction time,amount of water-carrying agent and repeated times of the catalyst on the yield of benzylaldehyde 1,2-propanediol acetal was investigated. The results show that the catalyst has many advantages, such as high catalytic activity, easy to recycle and good reusability. The best reaction conditions are as follows:amount of benzylaldehyde 0.1 mol, ratio of 1,2-propanediol to benzylaldehyde 1.2,amount of cyclohexane as water-carrying agent 10 mL, catalyst dosage 0.6 g, reaction time 40 min; Under above conditions, the yield of benzylaldehyde 1,2-propanediol acetal can reach to 92.3%.
