对化工行业高浓度氨氮废水进行试验研究,提出采用折点氯化法的改进方法-使用漂白粉处理二沉池出水,通过计算理论加药量,向烧杯中投加一定量的漂白粉,通过不断调整加药量,使得废水里的氨氮能达标排放,经过试验处理后,氨氮的去除率能达到80%,该试验具有一定的中试试验及工程应用价值。

High concentration ammonia nitrogen wastewater from the chemical industry was studied. An improved method of break point chlorination process was used to treat the effluent of the secondary sedimentation tank with bleaching powder;dosage of the bleaching powder was calculated. In the experiment,in order to make ammonium nitrogen concentrations in treated wastewater meet the discharge standard,dosage of the bleaching powder was adjusted. At last, the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen could reach to 80%.
