电源变压器作为空调器关键器件,其质量的好坏起到至关重要的作用。本论文通过对空调器使用的电源变压器售后故障品分析,针对典型的匝间、飞线造成的短路故障,从产生的机理上展开分析并通过实验验证找到提前发现此故障的试验方法,大幅降低变压器早期失效故障率,同时有效提高了电源变压器使用寿命。

As the key device of air conditioner, the quality of power transformer plays a crucial role. In this paper, through the analysis of defective products of power transformer used in air conditioner, aiming at the short-circuit caused by typical turn-to-turn and fly line, a test method to discover this fault in advance was found by analyzing its generating mechanism and through experimental verification. It can significantly reduce the early failure rate of power transformer, and meanwhile it can effectively improve the service life of power transformer.
