In SMT electronic products, many of the components are belong to static sensitive device. The higher static voltage will lead to direct failure or potential failure of the components, which will loss of cost. This paper mainly describes the electrostatic protection system in the SMT plant, which designed to reduce static voltage to a reasonable range, and avoid failure product quality accident caused by the electrostatic sensitive device.
