目的：探讨老老年原发性高血压患者血清总蛋白的特点及相关影响因素。方法回顾广安门医院2012年4月-2013年7月心内科住院及2012年-2013年体检科查体的高血压患者。年龄≥80岁为1组,60岁~79岁为2组,40岁~59岁为3组,<40岁为4组；比较各组间血清总蛋白的情况。结果各组血清总蛋白比较：1组[(64.80±6.89)g/L]<2组[(70.10±6.03)g/L]<3组[(73.75±3.92)]g/L<4组[(75.17±3.96)]g/L；多元线性逐步回归分析显示：年龄、舒张压、乳酸脱氢酶、高密度脂蛋白为血清总蛋白影响因素。结论老老年高血压患者的血清总蛋白水平较其他年龄组低,受年龄、舒张压、乳酸脱氢酶、高密度脂蛋白水平的影响,因此在老老年高血压患者的诊疗中,对血清总蛋白的观察有重要临床参考价值。

Objective To investigate the serum total protein and related factors in very elderly patients with essential hyperten-sion.Methods All patients were divided into four groups:Group 1 age ≥ 80 years old,group 2 age 60 to 79 years old,group 3 age 40 to 59 years old,and group 4 age <40 years old.Serum total protein was measured and compared.Results The serum total protein was(64.80±6.89)g/L in group 1,(70.1±6.03)g/L in group 2,(73.75±3.92)g/L in group 3,and (75.17±3.96)g/L in group 4. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that age,diastolic blood pressure,lactate dehydrogenase,and serum high density lipopro-tein were related to total protein.Conclusion The lower total protein levels in very elderly hypertensive patients were related to age, diastolic blood pressure,and lactate dehydrogenase.
