目的：通过调查经尿道前列腺电切术后患者性功能的情况，分析术后患者性功能变化的原因。方法随访175例行TURP的良性前列腺增生患者，分别于术前及术后6个月行国际勃起功能指数-5( IIEF-5)、性欲以及射精功能问卷调查。比较手术前后阴茎勃起功能、性欲、射精功能的变化。结果术前IIEF-5评分为(22.3±4.1)分，术后6个月为(23.2±4.7)分，手术前、后的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。本组175例病人中，手术前、后性欲的变化、阴茎硬度的变化差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，而手术前、后射精功能的变化差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 TURP治疗良性前列腺增生对阴茎勃起功能及性欲均无明显影响，对性功能的影响以射精功能异常为主，主要表现为逆行射精。
목적：통과조사경뇨도전렬선전절술후환자성공능적정황，분석술후환자성공능변화적원인。방법수방175례행TURP적량성전렬선증생환자，분별우술전급술후6개월행국제발기공능지수-5( IIEF-5)、성욕이급사정공능문권조사。비교수술전후음경발기공능、성욕、사정공능적변화。결과술전IIEF-5평분위(22.3±4.1)분，술후6개월위(23.2±4.7)분，수술전、후적차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。본조175례병인중，수술전、후성욕적변화、음경경도적변화차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)，이수술전、후사정공능적변화차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론 TURP치료량성전렬선증생대음경발기공능급성욕균무명현영향，대성공능적영향이사정공능이상위주，주요표현위역행사정。
Objective To study the influence of transurethal resection of prostate on sexual function and to analysis the reason.Methods Totally following up 175 patients received TURP,We estimated their sexual function by investigating and comparing preoperative with 6 months after TURP about the international erectile function index 5 (IIEF-5),sexual desire and ejaculatory function.Results Preoperative IIEF-5 score was 22.3± 4.1,and 6 months after TURP the IIEF-5 score was 23.2± 4.7,so the difference was not statistical significance(P>0. 05).Among the 175 patients, the difference of sexual desire and penile hardness was not statistical significance(P>0.05),but the difference of ejaculatory function was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion TURP has no negative influence on the quality of erections and sexual desire. The main influence on sexual function is ejaculatory function.It,s main manifestation is retrograde ejaculation.
