目的：通过对军队医院在用系统运维管理现状进行分析，构建适用目前现状的新型运维管理模式。方法：分析IT界运维做法，明确军队医院运维建设目标，形成多维运维管理模式。结论：采取理顺组织架构、明确职责分工、规范制度流程、创新运维结构、评估运维成效等措施，形成军队医院运维保障新机制。结果：构建适合的军队医院经济管理信息平台运维模式，是稳步推进该平台的必然选择。
목적：통과대군대의원재용계통운유관리현상진행분석，구건괄용목전현상적신형운유관리모식。방법：분석IT계운유주법，명학군대의원운유건설목표，형성다유운유관리모식。결론：채취리순조직가구、명학직책분공、규범제도류정、창신운유결구、평고운유성효등조시，형성군대의원운유보장신궤제。결과：구건괄합적군대의원경제관리신식평태운유모식，시은보추진해평태적필연선택。
Objective: To construct new operation and maintenance management mode that adapt to current situation by analyzing old mode that military hospital is in use. Methods: To clarify military hospital operation and maintenance mode construction target and thus to form multi-dimensional operation and maintenance mode by analyzing such mode that is used in IT industry. Results: Only by straightening out the organization structure, clearing division duties, standardizing systems and processes, innovating operation and maintenance structure and estimating the effect that can military hospital form new operation and maintenance systems. Conclusion: To construct an operation and maintenance mode that adapted to military hospital economic management information platform is an essential choice to steadily progress the platform.
