目的：提炼《军队医院经济管理信息平台》建设实施方略，加快整体推进和夯实指导作用。方法：瞄准建设实施的基本要求、组织方法和着力点，总结建设实施方法和策略，引导实施单位循规蹈矩。结果：通过多种手段、稳步建设实施，实现医院物资流、经费流、信息流等信息的有机融合，形成数据共享型平台化管控模式。结论：随着建设实施的不断推进，将有效提升军队数字化医院运营水平和卫勤服务保障能力。

Objective: To accelerate implementation process and to tamp guidance effect by refining construction and implementation strategy of military hospital economic and management information platform. Method: By targeting basic requirement of construction and implementation and organizing method and acting point, to conclude construction and implementation method and strategy, and thus to guide implementation company observe all rules and regulations. Result: To achieve information integration of hospital material flow, financial flow and information flow by various methods and steadily construction and implementation, and thus to form data-sharing and platform management and control mode. Conclusion: Military digitizing hospital operation level and service ability will be obviously enhanced with continuous construction and implementation.
