目的：观察参松养心胶囊治疗合并缓慢心律失常的阵发性房颤患者的临床疗效。方法选择合并缓慢性心率失常并发阵发性房颤患者90例，随机分为治疗组及对照组各45例，在原治疗基础上，治疗组加服参松养心胶囊4粒，每天3次，对照组加服复方丹参片3片，每天3次，均治疗2个月。观察2组心律失常及临床症状改善情况。结果随访2个月，共有7例（治疗组3例、对照组4例）患者失访，对照组有1例行永久心脏起搏器植入术。治疗组临床症状明显改善，总有效率为83灋．3％，对照组总有效率为42．5％，2组比较差异有统计学意义（ P ＜0．05）。治疗1、2个月后，治疗组24 h平均心室率分别为（53．00±3．37）次/min、（56．40±5．11）次/min，较治疗前（49．31±2．46）次/min均有明显提高（ P ＜0．05），且明显高于对照组（ P ＜0．05）。治疗组治疗后1、2个月阵发性房颤发作次数较治疗前显著减少（ P ＜0．05），对照组无明显改善。结论参松养心胶囊具有双向调节抗心律失常作用，尤其适用于合并缓慢心律失常的房颤患者。
목적：관찰삼송양심효낭치료합병완만심률실상적진발성방전환자적림상료효。방법선택합병완만성심솔실상병발진발성방전환자90례，수궤분위치료조급대조조각45례，재원치료기출상，치료조가복삼송양심효낭4립，매천3차，대조조가복복방단삼편3편，매천3차，균치료2개월。관찰2조심률실상급림상증상개선정황。결과수방2개월，공유7례（치료조3례、대조조4례）환자실방，대조조유1례행영구심장기박기식입술。치료조림상증상명현개선，총유효솔위83법．3％，대조조총유효솔위42．5％，2조비교차이유통계학의의（ P ＜0．05）。치료1、2개월후，치료조24 h평균심실솔분별위（53．00±3．37）차/min、（56．40±5．11）차/min，교치료전（49．31±2．46）차/min균유명현제고（ P ＜0．05），차명현고우대조조（ P ＜0．05）。치료조치료후1、2개월진발성방전발작차수교치료전현저감소（ P ＜0．05），대조조무명현개선。결론삼송양심효낭구유쌍향조절항심률실상작용，우기괄용우합병완만심률실상적방전환자。
Objective To observe the effect of Shensongyangxin capsule in patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation and bradycardiac arrhythmia .Methods A total of 90 patients were enrolled in the study and randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 45 cases in each group , based on the original treatment , the treatment group added Shensongyangxin capsule 4 grain, 3 times a day, the control group were treated with Compound Danshen Tablets 3 tablets and 3 times a day, underwent 2 months of therapy.Observe the arrhythmias and the improvement of clinical symptoms in the two groups.Results After 2 months of follow-up, there were 7 cases (3 cases in treatment group , 4 cases in control group ) were lost of follow-up, the control group had 1 cases of permanent cardiac pacemaker implantation .The clinical symptoms improved significantly, the total effective rate was 83.3%, total effective rate of the control group was 42.5%, there was significant difference between 2 groups ( P <0.05).After 1 or 2 months, the treatment group’ s 24 h average ventricular rate was (53.00 ±3.37) /min, and (56.40 ±5.11) /min, improved than before treatment of (49.31 ±2.46) /min ( P <0.05), and significantly higher than that of control group ( P <0.05).The treatment group after treatment 1, 2 months, paroxysmal atrial fibrillation episodes reduced significantly than before treatment ( P <0.05), the control group had no obvious improve-ment.Conclusion It proved that the Shensongyangxin capsule had two-way regulating antiarrhythmic effects , especially suit-able for atrial fibrillation patients complicated with slow arrhythmia .
