目的:分析无呼吸道症状的吸烟者呼吸、心血管系统异常状况。方法选择2012年1月-2013年7月在进行体检的152例无呼吸道症状的吸烟者作为观察组,选择同期不吸烟的健康体检者150例作为对照组,比较2组的呼吸、心血管系统状况,其中呼吸系统指标为用力呼气肺活量( FVC),1秒用力呼气容量( FEV1),1秒率( FEV1/FVC)、最大分钟通气量( MVV)、用力呼气50%肺活量的呼气流量( FEF50%)、用力呼气75%肺活量的呼气流量(FEF75%);心血管系统指标为心率(HR)、血压(BP)、全血黏度(WBV)、血浆黏度(PV)、全血还原黏度(WBRV)、红细胞变形指数( TK)、红细胞聚集指数( EAI)。结果观察组的FEV1/FVC、MVV、FEF50%、FEF75%均明显低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义( P <0.05);观察组的 WBV、PV、WBRV均明显高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义( P <0.05)。结论无呼吸道症状的吸烟者呼吸、心血管系统指标存在明显的异常状态,肺通气功能、小气道功能明显降低,血液流变学主要参数均明显升高。

목적:분석무호흡도증상적흡연자호흡、심혈관계통이상상황。방법선택2012년1월-2013년7월재진행체검적152례무호흡도증상적흡연자작위관찰조,선택동기불흡연적건강체검자150례작위대조조,비교2조적호흡、심혈관계통상황,기중호흡계통지표위용력호기폐활량( FVC),1초용력호기용량( FEV1),1초솔( FEV1/FVC)、최대분종통기량( MVV)、용력호기50%폐활량적호기류량( FEF50%)、용력호기75%폐활량적호기류량(FEF75%);심혈관계통지표위심솔(HR)、혈압(BP)、전혈점도(WBV)、혈장점도(PV)、전혈환원점도(WBRV)、홍세포변형지수( TK)、홍세포취집지수( EAI)。결과관찰조적FEV1/FVC、MVV、FEF50%、FEF75%균명현저우대조조,조간차이유통계학의의( P <0.05);관찰조적 WBV、PV、WBRV균명현고우대조조,조간차이유통계학의의( P <0.05)。결론무호흡도증상적흡연자호흡、심혈관계통지표존재명현적이상상태,폐통기공능、소기도공능명현강저,혈액류변학주요삼수균명현승고。
Objective To analyze the respiratory and cardiovascular abnormalities of smokers without respiratory symptoms.Methods From January 2012 to July 2013 in the hospital, 152 cases of smokers without respiratory symptoms were selected as the observation group , 150 cases of healthy in the same period were selected as the control group , the respiratory and cardiovascular data of two groups were compared , the forced expiratory indicators ( FVC) , 1 second forced expiratory vol-ume ( FEV1 ) , one second ratio ( FEV1/FVC) , maximum minute ventilation ( MVV) , forced expiratory vital capacity of 50%of calls gas flow ( FEF50%) , 75%of vital capacity , forced expiratory flow ( FEF75%) were the respiratory index , the cardiovas-cular system indicators heart rate (HR), blood pressure (BP), whole blood viscosity (WBV), plasma viscosity (PV), whole blood reduced viscosity (WBRV), erythrocyte deformation index (TK), erythrocyte aggregation index (EAI) were the cardiovascular index .Results FEV1/FVC, MVV, FEF50%, and FEF75% in observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group , there was significant difference between the groups ( P <0.05);WBV, PV and WBRV of obser-vation group were significantly higher than those in the control group , there was statistical significance difference between the two groups ( P <0.05).Conclusion No respiratory symptoms smokers’ respiratory and cardiovascular systems are in abnor-mal state, pulmonary ventilation function and small airway function were decreased , the hemorheological parameters were sig-nificantly increased .
