目的:探讨缺血性脑卒中血清Adropin水平变化及其与病情严重程度的相关性。方法缺血性卒中患者120例为卒中组,采用美国国立卫生院卒中量表( NIHSS)评估患者病情的严重程度,根据NIHSS评分分为3个亚组:轻度亚组( NIHSS<4分)44例、中度亚组( NIHSS 4~15分)40例和重度亚组( NIHSS>15分)36例。另选健康体检者30例作为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附分析(ELISA)检测血清Adropin水平,全自动生化分析仪检测血清LDL-C、HDL-C、TG及TC水平;采用Pearson检验方法进行血清Adropin水平与NIHSS评分相关性分析。结果缺血性脑卒中患者血清Adropin、HDL-C水平较对照组明显下降( t =5拻.976,8.845, P <0.01),血清TC、TG及LDL-C均较对照组明显升高( t =10.195,15.331,10.296, P <0.01)。随着 NIHSS 评分的升高血清 Adropin 水平逐渐降低( F =518.547, P <0.01)。相关分析显示血清Adropin水平与NIHSS评分呈明显负相关( r =-0.958, P =0.000)。结论血清Adropin变化参与了缺血性脑卒中的发生发展,可以评估缺血性脑卒中患者的临床严重程度。

목적:탐토결혈성뇌졸중혈청Adropin수평변화급기여병정엄중정도적상관성。방법결혈성졸중환자120례위졸중조,채용미국국립위생원졸중량표( NIHSS)평고환자병정적엄중정도,근거NIHSS평분분위3개아조:경도아조( NIHSS<4분)44례、중도아조( NIHSS 4~15분)40례화중도아조( NIHSS>15분)36례。령선건강체검자30례작위대조조。채용매련면역흡부분석(ELISA)검측혈청Adropin수평,전자동생화분석의검측혈청LDL-C、HDL-C、TG급TC수평;채용Pearson검험방법진행혈청Adropin수평여NIHSS평분상관성분석。결과결혈성뇌졸중환자혈청Adropin、HDL-C수평교대조조명현하강( t =5회.976,8.845, P <0.01),혈청TC、TG급LDL-C균교대조조명현승고( t =10.195,15.331,10.296, P <0.01)。수착 NIHSS 평분적승고혈청 Adropin 수평축점강저( F =518.547, P <0.01)。상관분석현시혈청Adropin수평여NIHSS평분정명현부상관( r =-0.958, P =0.000)。결론혈청Adropin변화삼여료결혈성뇌졸중적발생발전,가이평고결혈성뇌졸중환자적림상엄중정도。
Objective To investigate the correlation between changes of cerebral ischemic stroke serum Adropin level and the severity of the disease .Methods 120 patients with cerebral ischemic stroke were enrolled , according to the USA Na-tional Institutes of Health Scale (NIHSS) stroke score to assess the severity of the patient's condition, patients were divided in-to 3 subgroups:mild sub group (NIHSS<4) with 44 cases, moderate subgroup (NIHSS 4-15) with 40 cases and severe subgroup (NIHSS>15) with 36 cases.Another 30 healthy subjects were selected as control group .Adsorption analysis by en-zyme linked immunosorbent assay ( ELISA) to detect the level of serum Adropin , serum LDL-C, HDL-C, TG and TC levels detection were performed by automatic biochemistry analyzer;using Pearson test methods to analyze serum Adropin level and correlation with NIHSS score.Results Compared with the control group, cerebral ischemic stroke patients’ serum Adropin, HDL-C level decreased significantly ( t =5.976, t =8.845, P <0.01), serum TC, TG and LDL-C were obviously higher than control group ( t =10.195, t =15.331, t =10.296, P <0.01).Along with the NIHSS score increased, the serum Adropin levels decreased gradually ( F =518.547, P <0.01).Correlation analysis showed that there was a significant nega-tive correlation of serum Adropin level and NIHSS score ( R =-0.958, P =0.000).Conclusion Changes of serum Adropin participate in the occurrence and development of ischemic stroke , it can evaluate the clinical severity of patients with ischemic stroke .
