从地理化及业务性角度出发,将网络结构与网络性能指标相互结合,基于站点基本工参属性及切换比例情况,以小区方位角设置及主要覆盖方向对小区进行先后排序,基于排序结果对邻区切换数量占比进行线性拟合,计算获得覆盖偏移度,并以此结果表征对网络规划布局预期与实际覆盖效果的量化偏移,对网络结构评估提供一定的数据参考,能够有效应用于网络规划及优化实际。

Derived from the optimization of a local mobile network, it presents a new method for the analysis of basic mobile network structure. Based on the sequencing of sectors by azimuth and neighbors, as wel as the handover ratio with neighbors, it gives the liner slope by linear fitting method, which is defined as coverage drift ratio. The drift ratio derived from this method, can measure the offset between expected planning and actual coverage, also it proposes innovational help for the network optimi-zation and planning.
