针对传输码速率高于300 Mbps的高速解调器传统误码率性能测试方法误差较高的问题,提出了一种新的Eb/N0的测试方法。该方法利用频谱仪积分带宽可置的功率测试功能,得出信号和噪声功率,再通过理论计算得出Eb/N0。在现有测试条件下,该方法最大程度地减小了测试误差,提高了测量精度。

To address the issue of high tolerance in BER performance testing of high-speed demodulator with code rate higher than 300 Mbps,a new method of Eb/N0 testing is proposed. By using the power test function of a spectrometer with settable integral band-width,the signal power and noise power are obtained,and then Eb/N0 is obtained by theoretical calculation. The method reduces the test error as much as possible under the existing test conditions,and improves the accuracy of measurement.
