传统的卫星信道资源分配存在信道分配与实际通信环境的失配问题。利用频谱感知的思想,根据不同的信道在不同的环境下不同的质量表现,对信道与通信环境的适应性进行匹配,根据优化系统匹配的准则进行系统信道分配。仿真结果表明,该方法比传统信道分配方法能够提高系统资源利用率,增大系统吞吐率。

The traditional satellite channel allocation method has the problem of mismatch of channel with the communication reality.Based on the idea of spectrum cognition and the quality of a channel in different environment,the adaptation of channel and communicatino environment is achieved in this paper.The channel is allocated following the criterion of optimizing system level match of channel and environment.The results of the simulation show that this channel allocation method can improve the efficiency of system resource utility and the system throughput.
