文章以Halliday系统功能语法中的分类、及物性和主位结构为工具,对《龙江河镉污染事件》报告展开批评性语篇分析。结果表明该文的及物过程多与地方治污绩效有关,词汇选择带明显的颂扬色彩,推进结构立足于行政部门形象塑造,缺少对污染事态本身的客观报告与深入反思,进而导致舆论引导效果适得其反。

This paper uses the classification, transitivity and thematic structure of Halliday's systematic-functional grammar as the tools to make a critical discourse analysis of the report on the Cadmium Contamination Incident in the Longjiang River. The results show that the transitivity processes are mainly associated with local pollution control achievements. The choice of words has clear praise color. The promoting structure is based on the image-building of the administrative department. It lacks objective report on the contamination situation itself and in-depth reflection, which leads to the result that the public opinion guidance effect runs just the opposite to what it wishes.
