明代，安庆是南方重要的都市。安庆城池不仅是明朝在地方统治的象征，而且它在当时有着重要的政治、经济、军事、文化地位。明代安庆城池的变迁与明王朝的盛衰兴亡密切相关。安庆城池的四次变修与当时的战争变乱、自然灾害、政治变迁、社会文化发展紧密相关，以明代安庆城池的历史变迁作为切入点，有助于了解明王朝的兴衰历程。
명대，안경시남방중요적도시。안경성지불부시명조재지방통치적상정，이차타재당시유착중요적정치、경제、군사、문화지위。명대안경성지적변천여명왕조적성쇠흥망밀절상관。안경성지적사차변수여당시적전쟁변란、자연재해、정치변천、사회문화발전긴밀상관，이명대안경성지적역사변천작위절입점，유조우료해명왕조적흥쇠역정。
Anqing is an important city in the south in the Ming Dynasty. The city wall and the moat in Anqing was not only the symbol of local government in the Ming Dynasty but also had important political, economic, military and cultural status, whose changes are closely related to the rise and fall of the Ming Dynasty. Its four changes and repairs are closely bound up with the war, social upheaval, natural disaster, political changes, social and cultural development at that time. This paper takes the historical changes of the city wall and the moat of Anqing in the Ming Dynasty as the breakthrough point, which is conductive to understand the rise and fall of the Ming Dynasty.
