目的:观察自体干细胞移植术后糖尿病视网膜病变变化情况。<br> 方法:自体干细胞移植术后糖尿病患者58例116眼经直接或间接检眼镜及眼底荧光血管造影(FFA)确定为无糖尿病视网膜病变者18眼,轻度非增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变(轻度 NPDR)41眼,中度非增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变(中度 NPDR)51眼,重度非增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变(重度 NPDR)6眼,随访6~12mo,观察视网膜病变变化情况。<br> 结果:患者视力、视网膜病变治疗的总有效率为84.4%、76.7%,其中重度非增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变组视力及视网膜病变治疗的有效率均显著低于轻、中度非增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变组及无视网膜病变组,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。<br> 结论:自体干细胞移植术后稳定的血糖水平及胰岛功能的改善可能有助于稳定或延缓视网膜病变进展,其长期效果有待进一步深入研究。

목적:관찰자체간세포이식술후당뇨병시망막병변변화정황。<br> 방법:자체간세포이식술후당뇨병환자58례116안경직접혹간접검안경급안저형광혈관조영(FFA)학정위무당뇨병시망막병변자18안,경도비증식기당뇨병시망막병변(경도 NPDR)41안,중도비증식기당뇨병시망막병변(중도 NPDR)51안,중도비증식기당뇨병시망막병변(중도 NPDR)6안,수방6~12mo,관찰시망막병변변화정황。<br> 결과:환자시력、시망막병변치료적총유효솔위84.4%、76.7%,기중중도비증식기당뇨병시망막병변조시력급시망막병변치료적유효솔균현저저우경、중도비증식기당뇨병시망막병변조급무시망막병변조,차이유현저통계학의의(P<0.05)。<br> 결론:자체간세포이식술후은정적혈당수평급이도공능적개선가능유조우은정혹연완시망막병변진전,기장기효과유대진일보심입연구。
To observe the effect of autologous stem cell transplantation in diabetic retinopathy. <br> ●METHODS:Totally 58 cases (116 eyes) who underwent autologous stem cell transplantation were confirmed as no diabetic retinopathy (18 eyes), mild non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy (NPDR) (41 eyes), mid-level NPDR (51 eyes); severe NPDR (6 eyes) by ophthalmoscope directly or indirectly and fluorescence fundus angiography (FFA ). Follow - up was 6 - 12mo, the changes of retinopathy were observed. <br> ●RESULTS: The total effective rate of vision and retinopathy was 84. 4%, 76. 7%. The results of severe NPDR was statistically worse than the other groups ( P <0. 05). <br> ●CONCLUSlON: The stable blood glucose level and improved pancreatic function after autologous stem cell transplantation might be helpful in diabetic retinopathy, the long effects need to be researched further.
