目的:探讨糖尿病性黄斑水肿(DME)与血清 E-选择素的关系。<br> 方法:观察2009-10/2013-10本院90例确诊为糖尿病性视网膜病变患者,回顾性分析患者黄斑水肿程度与血清可溶性 E-选择素( sE-sel)水平相关性。按是否发生糖尿病黄斑水肿将诊断为糖尿病视网膜病变患者分为两组,糖尿病黄斑水肿组和非糖尿病黄斑水肿组,比较两组血清 sE-sel、尿微量蛋白(MA)水平。<br> 结果:组间比较 MA, sE - sel 差异有统计学意义( P <0.05),DME 患者 sE-sel 水平与 MA、空腹血糖(FBG)成正相关(r=0.728,P<0.05;r=0.651,P<0.05)。<br> 结论:血清可溶性 E-选择素水平升高是糖尿病性黄斑水肿的危险因素,参与了糖尿病微血管病变的发病机制。

목적:탐토당뇨병성황반수종(DME)여혈청 E-선택소적관계。<br> 방법:관찰2009-10/2013-10본원90례학진위당뇨병성시망막병변환자,회고성분석환자황반수종정도여혈청가용성 E-선택소( sE-sel)수평상관성。안시부발생당뇨병황반수종장진단위당뇨병시망막병변환자분위량조,당뇨병황반수종조화비당뇨병황반수종조,비교량조혈청 sE-sel、뇨미량단백(MA)수평。<br> 결과:조간비교 MA, sE - sel 차이유통계학의의( P <0.05),DME 환자 sE-sel 수평여 MA、공복혈당(FBG)성정상관(r=0.728,P<0.05;r=0.651,P<0.05)。<br> 결론:혈청가용성 E-선택소수평승고시당뇨병성황반수종적위험인소,삼여료당뇨병미혈관병변적발병궤제。
To investigate the relationship between diabetic macular edema (DME) and serum E-selectin level. <br> ●METHODS: Totally 90 patients with diabetic retinopathy in our hospital from October 2009 to October 2013 were observed. Retrospective analysis of the correlation between macular edema degree and serum soluble E -selectin ( sE - sel ). Ninety patients with diabetic retinopathy were divided into two groups: DME group and non - DME group. The level of sE - sel and microalbuminuria (MA) of two groups were determined and compared. <br> ●RESULTS: There was significant difference in MA, sE-sel levels of groups ( P < 0. 05). The value of diabetic retinopathy patients with sE - sel and MA, FBG were positively correlated ( r = 0. 728, P < 0. 05; r = 0. 651, P <0. 05). <br> ●CONCLUSlON: Elevated levels of sE-sel is a risk factor for diabetic macular edema, and sE-sel was involved in the pathogenesis of diabetic microangiopathy.
