应用Solidworks软件对某热磨机的机座进行了三维建模,再利用Ansys Workbench软件对机座进行有限元分析,得出机座在主要外力作用下的变形量及应力分布情况。根据分析结果对机座进行了相关优化,提高了机座的稳定性,降低了生产成本。

Three-dimensional modeling of the base of a certain defibrator is conducted using the software Solidworks,and Ansys Workbench is used to conduct finite element analysis of the base,with the deformation amount and stress distribution of the base due to the action of main external forces obtained. According to the result based on the analysis,relevant optimization of the base is conducted,improving the stability of the base and reducing production cost.
