可溶性膳食纤维是指能够在热水或温水中溶解的一类膳食纤维，并且可以被肠道中多种微生物降解。近几年来的研究发现，可溶性膳食纤维可以影响相关炎症细胞因子的表达，对炎症的发生起到了很好的预防作用。该文总结了最近几年来可溶性膳食纤维在抗炎症方面的研究进展，为含有可溶性膳食纤维的功能食品开发提供相关科学的理论依据。

The soluble dietary fiber refers to a class of dietary fibers which can be dissolved in hot water or warm water,and can be degraded by a variety of microorganism in the gut. In recent years, Studies have been found that soluble dietary fibers can regulate the expression of inflammatory factor, and they have good preventive effect on inflammation occurrence. This paper summarized the research progress in anti-inflammatory of soluble dietary fiber in recent years,and provides a theoretical basis for developing functional foods containing soluble dietary fiber in the future.
