为探明梵净山金银花中绿原酸的最佳提取工艺,参照有关文献对影响金银花中绿原酸提取效果的主要因素即乙醇浓度、料液比、提取时间,采用乙醇加热回流提取法,对梵净山金银花绿原酸的提取工艺进行了优化试验。结果表明:梵净山金银花中绿原酸提取的最佳条件是乙醇浓度为75%,料液比为1∶20,提取时间为1.5 h,该提取条件下梵净山金银花绿原酸的含量为4.4%。该方法测定金银花绿原酸含量快速准确、精密度高,重复性和稳定性好。

To explore the optimum extraction process of chlorogenic acid in L.japonica from Fanjing Mountain,taking ethanol concentration,solid-liquid ratio and reflux time as the main extracting effect factors,the ethanol reflux extraction method was adopted to optimize the extraction process of chlorogenic acid.The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions of chlorogenic acid in L.japonica was 75% ethanol concentration, solid-liquid ratio 1 ∶20 and extracting time 1.5 h, under the optimum conditions,the content was up to 4.4%.The method was rapid with high precision,good accuracy, reproducibility and stability.
