为了综合利用头花龙胆,采用超声法提取头花龙胆总黄酮,在单因素试验基础上,采用L9(34)正交设计对其工艺进行优化。结果表明:各因素对头花龙胆总黄酮提取率的影响大小为料液比>乙醇浓度>超声时间,头花龙胆总黄酮的最佳提取条件为乙醇浓度70%,料液比1∶50,超声提取50 min,在该工艺条件下,头花龙胆总黄酮的提取率为2.977%。

To comprehensively utilize G.cephalantha,ultrasonic extraction was used to extract the total avonoids.Based on single factor experiment,the L9 (3 4 )orthogonal experiment was performed.The results showed that the best optimum extraction process of total avonoids from G.cephalantha was ethanol concentration 70%,material-liquid ratio 1∶50,and extraction time 50 minutes.The factors that in uenced the extraction rate were liquid-material ratio> ethanol concentration> ultrasonic extraction time.The total avonoids yield was 2.977% under the condition of extraction process.
