为探明不同饲养方式宗地花猪的胴体和肉质性状，选取宗地花猪双月龄仔猪30头，随机分为放养组与舍饲组，每组15头，饲养至9月龄进行屠宰和肉质测定，研究其性状特征。结果表明：放养组和舍饲组各项肉质指标均较适中，未表现出PSE和 DFD肉；放养组的宰前活重、胴体重、胴体长、屠宰率均极显著（P＜0．01）低于放养组；后腿比例、瘦肉率、滴水损失、失水率高于舍饲组，大理石纹、水分含量、嫩度、肌内脂肪含量均低于舍饲组，差异均不显著（P＞0．05）；两组的其他指标也比较接近，差异不显著（P＞0．05）。

30 Zongdi piglets with two-month age were randomly divided into two groups (stocking group with 15 piglets and drylot feeding group with 15 piglets)and then the carcass and meat quality characters of two groups under different feeding patterns after seven months were measured to study the effects of different feeding patterns on carcass and meat quality characters of Zongdi pig.The results showed that:1)Different meat quality indexes of two groups are moderation and there are no PSE and DFD meat;2)The live-weight,carcass weight,carcass length and dressing percentage of the stocking group is very significantly lower than the drylot feeding group but its hind leg ratio,carcass lean rate,drip loss and water loss rate are higher than the drylot feeding group. The marbling moisture, tenderness and intramuscular fat content of the stocking group are lower than the drylot feeding group but difference is not significance.
