组织即兴揭示了组织即时适应非预期环境变化的创造性能力过程。研究在文献梳理和商业银行深度访谈的基础上，从能力过程的视角，构建了商业银行组织即兴的整体维度并开发出相应的测量量表。以中外商业银行为样本的实证研究表明，商业银行的组织即兴能力可以划分为立即反应、意图创造、资源整合和即时协同四个测量维度，并且各维度之间存在显著的内隐关系。研究结论为商业银行提升组织即兴能力提供了着力点。

Organizational improvisation reveals the creative ability process that enterprise immediately adapts to and dynami-cally matches unexpected changes of environment. Based on literature study and in-depth interview,and from the perspective of ability process, the article constructs the organizational improvisation’s overall dimensions of commercial banks and devel-ops the appropriate measurement scale. An empirical study shows that, by taking both Chinese and foreign commercial banks as samples, the organizational improvisation’s ability of commercial banks can be categorized into four measurement dimen-sions,which are“letting go”,“making do”,resources integration and real-time synergy. And there is a significant implicit relationship among the dimensional variables. The findings provide specific guidance for commercial banks to enhance organiza-tional improvisation’s capacity.
