为艾纳香的品种鉴定提供理论支持,以贵州罗甸实生艾纳香植株为研究对象,采用石蜡切片法对16株艾纳香植株叶片进行解剖,通过显微镜观察及数据测量,对艾纳香的叶脉周长、叶脉面积、分泌细胞数量、维管束数量、维管束面积、叶片厚度、栅栏组织厚度、海绵组织厚度、细胞结构紧密度和疏松度等11个指标进行变异系数统计和聚类分析。结果表明:艾纳香不同植株的叶脉周长等11个指标都具有显著性差异,11号、12号和13号植株具有较好的生态适应性;不同植株基因型的差异应该是造成变异系数高的根本原因;16株植株可聚为三大类。

In order to provide a theoretical support for B.alsamifera species identification,taking seeding B.balsamifera as the research obj ect,and by paraffin method for experimenting on different leaves of B.balsamifera,through microscope observation and measurement,the authors conducted the variable coefficient statistics and cluster analysis on the circumference veins, veins area, number of secretory cells, number of vascular bundles, vascular area, fence organization thickness, fence organization thickness, spongy tissue thickness, CTR and SR. Results:The data had significant differences.The numbers of.11,12 and 13 plant had good ecological adaptability.The genotypes was the cause of high variation.The 1 6 plants were divided into three groups.
