Sabia%microscopic characteristics%identification
为清风藤属药用植物的鉴别提供参考,采用形态学和光学显微方法对黔产4种清风藤属(Sabia)药用植物的外观形态及显微特征进行观察。结果表明:1)外观形态观察,平伐清风藤为直立灌木,四川清风藤、尖叶清风藤和阔叶清风藤为木质藤本植物。2)根茎横切面光学显微观察,四川清风藤的根皮层内有石细胞环带,茎髓部无晶体;平伐清风藤的根韧皮部无石细胞环带,茎髓部有晶体;尖叶清风藤的根韧皮部石细胞连续成环,茎表皮有非腺毛;阔叶清风藤的根韧皮部石细胞断续成环,茎表皮无非腺毛。3)根茎叶粉末光学显微观察,平伐清风藤植物的根、茎、叶中均有棕色块状物质,尖叶清风藤植物的茎中有非腺毛,阔叶清风藤植物的叶中有淀粉,四川清风藤植物的叶中无淀粉。根据清风藤属药用植物的外观形态结合其显微特征可准确鉴定和区分平伐清风藤、四川清风藤、尖叶清风藤和阔叶清风藤4种药材。
為清風籐屬藥用植物的鑒彆提供參攷,採用形態學和光學顯微方法對黔產4種清風籐屬(Sabia)藥用植物的外觀形態及顯微特徵進行觀察。結果錶明:1)外觀形態觀察,平伐清風籐為直立灌木,四川清風籐、尖葉清風籐和闊葉清風籐為木質籐本植物。2)根莖橫切麵光學顯微觀察,四川清風籐的根皮層內有石細胞環帶,莖髓部無晶體;平伐清風籐的根韌皮部無石細胞環帶,莖髓部有晶體;尖葉清風籐的根韌皮部石細胞連續成環,莖錶皮有非腺毛;闊葉清風籐的根韌皮部石細胞斷續成環,莖錶皮無非腺毛。3)根莖葉粉末光學顯微觀察,平伐清風籐植物的根、莖、葉中均有棕色塊狀物質,尖葉清風籐植物的莖中有非腺毛,闊葉清風籐植物的葉中有澱粉,四川清風籐植物的葉中無澱粉。根據清風籐屬藥用植物的外觀形態結閤其顯微特徵可準確鑒定和區分平伐清風籐、四川清風籐、尖葉清風籐和闊葉清風籐4種藥材。
위청풍등속약용식물적감별제공삼고,채용형태학화광학현미방법대검산4충청풍등속(Sabia)약용식물적외관형태급현미특정진행관찰。결과표명:1)외관형태관찰,평벌청풍등위직립관목,사천청풍등、첨협청풍등화활협청풍등위목질등본식물。2)근경횡절면광학현미관찰,사천청풍등적근피층내유석세포배대,경수부무정체;평벌청풍등적근인피부무석세포배대,경수부유정체;첨협청풍등적근인피부석세포련속성배,경표피유비선모;활협청풍등적근인피부석세포단속성배,경표피무비선모。3)근경협분말광학현미관찰,평벌청풍등식물적근、경、협중균유종색괴상물질,첨협청풍등식물적경중유비선모,활협청풍등식물적협중유정분,사천청풍등식물적협중무정분。근거청풍등속약용식물적외관형태결합기현미특정가준학감정화구분평벌청풍등、사천청풍등、첨협청풍등화활협청풍등4충약재。
To provide a reference for the identification of medicinal plants of Sabia,the appearance and microscopic characteristics of four kinds of medicinal plants of the genus in Guizhou were observed by morphological and optical microscopy methods.The result showed that:1)Sabiadielsii is upright shrub, and Sabia schumanniana,Sabia swinhoei,and Sabia yunnanensis are woody vine in appearance.2 )In microscopic characteristics of root and stem,stone cell band were found in the cortex of root and no crystal in the medulla of stem in S.schumanniana,and crystal was observed in the medulla of stem and no stone cell band in the phloem of root in S.dielsii;The authors also found stone cells band continuously in the phloem of root and non-glandular hair in epidermis of stem in S.swinhoei,and observed stone cells band intermittently in the phloem of root and no non-glandular hair in epidermis of stem in S.yunnanensis.3) There were brown lump material in the root,stem and leaf of S.dielsii,and non-glandular hairs in the stem of S.swinhoei. In the leaf of S. yunnanensis have starch but Sabia schumanniana have not. According to appearance combined with microscopic characteristics, four kinds of herbs including S.dielsii,S.schumanniana,S.swinhoei and S.yunnanensis can be identified accurately.
