为给棕榈的综合利用及开发提供依据,采用分光光度计法和DPP H法测定棕榈果实的总黄酮含量及其抗氧化活性。结果表明:当棕榈果实中总黄酮的含量为1728.15μg/g,棕榈果实总黄酮提取液浓度为772μg/mL时,对DPPH自由基的清除率为69.98%;而总黄酮提取液浓度为0.5058μg/mL时,对油脂的过氧化值为0.052。

To provide the basis for comprehensive utilization and development of palm,the content and antioxidant activity of total flavonoids from palm fruit were determined by spectrophotometry and DPPH method.Results:The total flavonoids content of palm fruit was 1 728.15 μg/g.The free radical scavenging rate was 69.98% when the total flavonoids extract concentration was 772μg/mL,The oil antioxidant POV achieved 0.052 when the total flavonoids extract concentration was 0.505 8μg/mL.
