为对新育成的9个水稻三系不育系的后续优势组合组配和潜在利用价值研究提供参考,测定了其部分农艺性状及异交性状,选用平均分布在12条染色体上的84对SSR引物对其遗传相似性进行了分析。结果表明:各不育系的各性状表现一般,开花习性表现较好,筛选不育系时可以开花性状表现为主,农艺性状表现为辅进行选择;不育系914A、915A 综合性状表现较为突出,柱头外露率分别为82.92%和73.24%,异交结实率分别为12.23%和11.80%;9个不育系间的遗传相似系数为0.542289~0.781095,在遗传相似性系数0.78左右,各不育系可以相互区分。初步判断不育系间差异明显,异质性较丰富,具备一定的遗传潜势。

The part agronomic and outcross characters of 9 new sterile lines were determined and the genetic similarity of 9 new sterile lines was studied by analyzing 84 pairs of SSR primers averagely distributed on 1 2 chromosomes to provide a reference for their superiority combination and potential utilization value in rice.The results showed that:1 )Performance of different agronomic characters of 9 sterile lines is common but their flowering habit is good.Therefore,good sterile lines should be selected according to the flowering habit mainly and then performance of agronomic characters ;2 )The stigma exsertion rate and outcross rate of 914A and 915A lines with good integrated characters are 82.92% and 12.23%,and 73.24% and 11.80% respectively;3)The genetic similarity coefficient between 9 sterile lines is 0.542 289~0.781 095 and 9 sterile lines can be differentiated when the genetic similarity coefficient is about 0.78.In conclusion,9 new sterile lines are of the certain genetic potential because there is abundant heterogeneity among 9 sterile lines.
