为全面、准确地掌握贵州省农村实用人才资源情况，更好服务于“三农”，2013年9月在全省范围内组织开展了2012年度全口径农村实用人才资源统计调查工作。结果表明，贵州省农村实用人才资源总量有63．5211万人，按工作类型，生产型人员最多（20．7616万人），技能服务型人员最少（7．8637万人）；按年龄结构，35岁及以下人员最多（15．8800万人），51～54岁人员最少（3．6724万人）；按受教育程度，初中学历人员最多（45．7577万人），研究生及以上最少（28人）；按技术水平结构，未取证技能人员最多（60．8928万人），农民高级技师最少（337人）。说明，贵州省农村实用人才整体素质偏低，因此应加强引进、培养高层次、高技术人才的力度，从而更好更快实现贵州省农村地区的全面小康。

The rural practical talents resources in Guizhou in 2012 was statistically calculated to master rural practical talents resources overall and accurately for serving the issues of agriculture,farmer and rural area.The results showed that total rural practical talents resources was 0.635211 million,of which, 0.207 616 million of productive personnel and 0.07 million of skilled-service personnel.0.158 8 million personnel below 35 years old and 0.036 724 million personnel with 51-54 years old from age structure, 0.457 577 million personnel with junior high school and 28 personnel with postgraduate level from education level;0.608 928 million personnel without a skill certificate and 337 personnel with a senior technician from technical level structure in Guizhou.In conclusion,the countermeasures to strengthen rural talents introduction and training of talents with high level and high technology are proposed in light of the low overall quality of rural practical talents to realize all-round well-off society better and faster in rural areas of Guizhou Province.
