为了探明农民非农就业对农民贫困变化的影响，为更好地发挥农民非农就业降低农民贫困的作用提供理论参考，基于陕西省1992-2012年农民人均纯收入和农民非农就业的统计资料，采用FGT指数方法，从贫困发生率、贫困距指数与平方贫困距指数三方面测算了陕西农民贫困状况，并构建了农民非农就业与农民贫困变化的误差修正模型，对农民非农就业影响农民贫困变化的作用机制进行了分析。结果表明：农民非农就业对农民贫困变化具有显著影响，主要通过影响农民收入水平实现。短期内农民非农就业不利于缓解农民贫困，长期内能够有效降低贫困发生率和平均贫困程度，但是均不能改善贫困的不公平程度。此外，农民贫困水平的降低会反作用于农民非农就业，促进其规模的增加。

In order to ascertain the impact of non-farm payrolls to changes in poverty for the sake of providing a theoretical reference for decreasing poverty better depending on non-farm payrolls,using the non-farm payrolls data and packet data of rural per capita net income from 1992 to 2012 in Shaanxi,the authors measured peasant poverty of the area based on FGT index with poverty breadth, depth and intensity,built the error correction model between changes of poverty and non-farm payrolls,and analyzed the ways of influence.The results showed that non-farm payrolls had significant effect on poverty,which was attained by affecting income.Non-farm payrolls did not help to alleviate the poverty in short term, while in long term it could decrease the degree of average poverty and the rate of poverty;However,it had no relationship with the degree of unfair poverty. In addition,it would react on non-farm payrolls to reducing poverty level,thus promoting enhancing its size.
