    Thalidomide has significant anti-inflammatory,immunomodulatory and anti-angiogenic generate role.In recent years it has been re-used in the clinical treatment of solid tumors and a variety of autoimmune diseases,and has achieved gratifying results.This review aims to summarize the current situation and progression for thalidomide used in treatment of lung disease.
