通过进行不同外植体激素对引鸟花楸组培繁育的影响试验,结果表明:用于引鸟花楸组织培养的外植体,分化率最好的是顶芽,其次是腋芽、嫩枝和叶片;分化周期最短的是腋芽;污染率最低的是顶芽;褐化率最高的是嫩枝,生产中采用顶芽比较有利于提高生产率;组培苗的最适培养基为 MS + BA0.5。

This paper focuses on the effect of explants hormones on Sorbus aucuparia tissue culture .The experiment result showed that the optimum is terminal bud with the highest differentiation rate in the all Sorbus aucuparia tis-sue culture explants ,secondly are axillary bud ,twig and leaf .The shortest differentiation cycle is axillary bud ;the lowest pollution is terminal bud ;the highest browning rate is twig .Therefore ,terminal bud is conductive to pro-mote productivity ,the optimal medium for tissue culture seedling is MS + BA0 .5 .
