目的：探讨优质护理在妇产科护理中的应用效果。方法选取本院收治的210例妇产科患者，平均分为两组，观察组患者采用优质护理方式，对照组患者采用常规护理方式，观察两组患者的心理状况、生存质量和护理满意度。结果观察组的护理满意度高于对照组，且护理后的SAS、SDS和生存质量分数均优于对照组（ P＜0.05）。结论对妇产科患者给予优质护理，可提高护理满意度，减少医疗纠纷事故。

Objective To explore the application effect of high -quality nursing in the gynecological nursing.Methods Totaled of 210 patients in the department of obstetrics and gynecology were selected and divided into two groups with half of amount cases in each group.The observation group adopted high -quality nursing and the control group adopted the routine nursing .Two groups were compared in psychological status , quality of life and nursing satisfaction .Results Nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group , and the scores of SAS , SDS and quality of life after nursing were better than those of the control group ( P<0.05 ) .Con-clusions High-quality nursing for the patients in the department of obstetrics and gynecology can improve nursing satisfaction and reduce medical disputes.
