目的：探讨采用产科优质护理服务对产妇焦虑和抑郁心理的影响。方法选择产妇260例采用随机数字表法将其分为两组，观察组160例采用优质护理服务，对照组100例采用常规护理干预，比较两组患者产前及产后焦虑、抑郁心理评分和护理满意度。结果观察组与对照组入院时SAS及SDS评分无明显差异（ P＞0.05），产后7 d SAS及SDS评分均有差异（ P＜0.05）。观察组护理总满意度（99.4％）高于对照组（91.0％），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论产科开展优质护理服务减少产妇焦虑和抑郁的程度，良好的沟通，改善了医患关系，提高了护理的满意度，值得临床推广应用。
목적：탐토채용산과우질호리복무대산부초필화억욱심리적영향。방법선택산부260례채용수궤수자표법장기분위량조，관찰조160례채용우질호리복무，대조조100례채용상규호리간예，비교량조환자산전급산후초필、억욱심리평분화호리만의도。결과관찰조여대조조입원시SAS급SDS평분무명현차이（ P＞0.05），산후7 d SAS급SDS평분균유차이（ P＜0.05）。관찰조호리총만의도（99.4％）고우대조조（91.0％），차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론산과개전우질호리복무감소산부초필화억욱적정도，량호적구통，개선료의환관계，제고료호리적만의도，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To observe the effect of the obstetric high -quality care on anxiety and depression of puerperae.Methods A total of 260 cases of puerperae were randomly divided into two groups by digital method , 160 cases of the observation group were given the high-quality nursing service , 100 cases of the control group were given routine nursing intervention , the scores of prenatal and postnatal anxiety, depression and of patients'nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference of SAS and SDS score in the two groups (P>0.05), SAS and SDS score 7d after delivery were all differences (P<0.05) .Nursing total satisfaction in the observation group was 99.4%that was higher than 91%in the control group , the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusions Developing high -quality nursing in obstetric service is contributed to the reduction of maternal anxiety and de-pression, and improves nursing satisfaction .It is a worthy of clinical application.
