目的：探讨术后综合护理干预在胃癌术后护理中的应用效果。方法选取我院2011年12月至2013年6月收治的50例胃癌患者为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组各25例，两组患者术前护理方法相同，对照组术后采用常规护理，观察组术后采用综合护理干预，比较两组术后的胃肠功能及生活质量。结果观察组的肠鸣音恢复时间、排气时间、排便时间、下床活动时间、腹胀评分、并发症及住院时间均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。观察组术后在活动、日常生活、健康等Spitzer生存质量方面的评分均显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论术后综合护理有利于促进胃癌手术患者术后胃肠功能恢复，减少并发症，提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing on gastric cancer operation patients .Methods From De-cember 2011 to June 2013 50 cases of gastrointestinal cancer patients treated in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group , two groups were given the same preoperative nursing methods , the control group was given routine care after operation and the observation group was adopted comprehensive nursing , postoperative gastrointestinal function and life quality were compared between the two groups.Results The recovery time of bowel sound , exhaust time, defecation time, ambulation time, abdominal distension score , complications and hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group with statistical signifi -cance (P<0.05) .The quality life aspects of Spitzer scores in the activities , daily life, health in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group with statistical significance ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusions Postoperative comprehensive nursing is condu-cive to the promotion of gastrointestinal function recovery of gastric cancer operation patients , reduce complications and improve the life quali-ty of patients.
