目的：了解糖尿病患者胰岛素注射笔使用现状，指导患者正确使用胰岛素注射笔。方法：自行设计调查问卷，通过询问患者，由临床医生完成问卷。结果：1874例患者中，完全可以正确安装胰岛素笔芯和针头者仅为42.1%；注射胰岛素前，每次都核对胰岛素剂型者仅为39.5%。结论：我国糖尿病患者胰岛素注射笔的正确使用率有待进一步改善和提高，需要强化糖尿病患者教育。

목적：료해당뇨병환자이도소주사필사용현상，지도환자정학사용이도소주사필。방법：자행설계조사문권，통과순문환자，유림상의생완성문권。결과：1874례환자중，완전가이정학안장이도소필심화침두자부위42.1%；주사이도소전，매차도핵대이도소제형자부위39.5%。결론：아국당뇨병환자이도소주사필적정학사용솔유대진일보개선화제고，수요강화당뇨병환자교육。
Objective:To acknowledge the current status of actuality usage of insulin injection pen in diabetic patients, and guide the patients to correct the usage of insulin injection pen. Methods:Adopt unified questionnaire to collect data in 1874 type 2 diabetes. And analyze the data with appropriate statistical analysis methods. Results:In all 1874 patients, only 42.1%of them could install the insulin injection pen refill and needle properly, 39.5%of them checked the insulin preparation every time before injection. Conclusion:The usage of insulin injection pen need to be improved urgently, patient education play an important role in the treatment of diabetes.
