目的:研究男性不育患者精子形态与精中性α-葡糖苷酶和精浆弹性硬蛋白酶的关系。方法466例男性不育患者分别根据年龄和精子正常形态百分率分成5组和8组,采用Diff-Quik染色法、酶法和酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)分别进行精子形态、精中性α-葡糖苷酶和精浆弹性硬蛋白酶的检测。结果各年龄组的正常形态精子百分率和精浆弹性硬蛋白酶浓度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),精中性α-葡糖苷酶的活性在41~50岁年龄段显著降低,其他年龄段精中性α-葡糖苷酶的活性差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在精子正常形态百分率不同的8组中,年龄差异不具统计学意义,精浆弹性硬蛋白酶浓度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),精子正常形态百分率大于7.1%的5组精中性α-葡糖苷酶的活性差异无统计学意义,其余三组精中性α-葡糖苷酶的活性与各组精中性α-葡糖苷酶的活性差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论精子正常形态百分率不受年龄和精浆弹性硬蛋白酶浓度影响,而随着精中性α-葡糖苷酶的活性降低而降低,精中性α-葡糖苷酶活性的显著降低可能是导致精子形态畸形的独立因素。

목적:연구남성불육환자정자형태여정중성α-포당감매화정장탄성경단백매적관계。방법466례남성불육환자분별근거년령화정자정상형태백분솔분성5조화8조,채용Diff-Quik염색법、매법화매련면역흡부시험(ELISA)분별진행정자형태、정중성α-포당감매화정장탄성경단백매적검측。결과각년령조적정상형태정자백분솔화정장탄성경단백매농도차이무통계학의의(P>0.05),정중성α-포당감매적활성재41~50세년령단현저강저,기타년령단정중성α-포당감매적활성차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。재정자정상형태백분솔불동적8조중,년령차이불구통계학의의,정장탄성경단백매농도차이무통계학의의(P>0.05),정자정상형태백분솔대우7.1%적5조정중성α-포당감매적활성차이무통계학의의,기여삼조정중성α-포당감매적활성여각조정중성α-포당감매적활성차이균유통계학의의(P<0.01)。결론정자정상형태백분솔불수년령화정장탄성경단백매농도영향,이수착정중성α-포당감매적활성강저이강저,정중성α-포당감매활성적현저강저가능시도치정자형태기형적독립인소。
Objective To investigate the relationship between sperm morphology and neutralα-glucosidase or elastase in male infertile patients. Methods A total of 466 males with infertility were divided into 5 groups and 8 groups according to age and sperm morphology respectively. Diff-Quik stain, enzyme and ELISA were used to check sperm morphology and neutralα-glucosidase or elastase activity respectively. Results There were no significant differ-ences in the percentage of morphological normal sperm and elastase concentration among different age groups (P>0.05). The neutralα-glucosidase decreased remarkably in age group 41~50 and there were no significant differences in neutralα-glucosidase among other age groups (P>0.05). There were no significant differences in age or elastase concentration among 8 morphology groups (P>0.05). There were no significant differences in neutralα-glucosidase among the 5 mor-phology groups, in which the percentage of morphologically normal sperm was above 7.1%, while there were signifi-cant differences in neutralα-glucosidase among the rest 3 groups and other groups (P<0.01). Conclusion The percent-age of morphologically normal sperm was not affected by age and elastase concentration, but decreased with the reduc-ing of the activity of neutral a-glucosidase, which could be the independent factor of sperm morphological abnormity.
