目前各医学院校均已开设了医学心理学课程,但在教学体系中存在诸多矛盾与问题。从四个方面加以论述:课程的重要性与其边缘位置的矛盾;医学心理学课程对教师的高要求与教师专业背景局限性的矛盾;医学心理学中的理念与传统的教学体制之间的矛盾;学校对心理学多方面的需求与各个机构各司其职的矛盾。针对上述问题,从明确学科地位、整合师资力量、改革评价体系、集中学科优势几个方面,探讨医学心理学学科建设与教学模式,以期引起医学教育界对医学心理学的重新认识。

Medical psychology has been setted as a curriculum in medical colleges for many years with conflicts and ambivalence in the practice process .This paper described it from four problems ,the contradiction between the importance of the curriculum and its edge location ;the contradiction between the high demand for medical psychology teachers and their professional backgrounds limitations;the contradiction between the idea of medical psychology and the traditional teaching system ;and the contradiction between various requests of the school in psychology and various functions of different agencies .In the view of these problems ,we discussed disciplinary construction and teaching model from four aspects respectively ,such as establishment of subject system status ,integration of the human resource systems ,reform of assessment system ,and concentrating discipline advantages ,to elicit recognition of medical psychology in medical education .
