以“继续加强家庭保健服务并发挥其在传染病预防健康教育中的作用项目”为背景，从健康管理的视角，分析家庭保健服务对之借鉴之处：注重健康干预的效果；加快顶层制度建设；增强保健服务能力；培育支持性的环境。提出开展家庭保健应致力于健康促进的普及；促进健康管理的落地；重视保健计划的制定。揭示了家庭保健与健康管理既有联系又有区别：前者侧重于服务的过程，督办重点包括服务环境、服务态度和理念、服务内容和质量、规范性管理和服务的可及性，而后者更关注干预以后的结果；二者可相互借鉴、改进提高。

Based on“develop family care service and play its role in prevention of infectious disease and health education”, and in the perspective of health management , suggestions on family care service of this paper included focus on the effectiveness of health interventions ,accelerate the construction of top-level system ,enhance the ability of health service , and foster the supportive environment . It proposed some reflections about paying much attention to universal health promotion ,landing of health management ,and the care plans .In the end ,it summarized that there were connections and differences between family care and health management :the former focused on the service process , such as the service environment ,the service attitude and idea ,the service content and quality ,standardized management ,and the service accessibility , while the latter focused on the results after intervention ending ;learning from each other could improve the both .
