目的:评估广州及其周边地区健康男性的精液质量情况。方法选择广东地区1040例正常男性志愿者进行精液质量检查及流行病问卷调查。结果1040例健康男性的精液量、精子总数、精子浓度、前向运动率和精子正常形态率的第5百分位数值分别为1.5 ml、51.58×106/一次射精、20.30×106/ml、20.29%和4%,其中所有参数均达到世界卫生组织的精液分析正常值标准有740例(71.15%),≥40岁组精子前向运动率和精子正常形态率与<30岁组及30~39岁组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论广州地区健康男性精液参数中精液体积、精子总数、精液浓度以及精子正常形态率的第5百分位数值均达到世界卫生组织的标准,精子的前向运动率则低于世界卫生组织的标准,评估男性精液质量时要考虑年龄对精液参数的影响。

Objective To evaluate the healthy men's semen quality in Guangzhou area. Methods A total of 1 040 healthy male volunteers in Guangzhou were enrolled. Their semen quality were analyzed and epidemiological questionnaires were conducted. Results In 1 040 healthy male volunteers, the semen volume, total sperm number, sperm concentration, progressive motility and the 5th percentile value of rate of sperm with normal morphology were 1.5 ml, 51.58 × 106/ejaculation, 20.30 × 106/ml, 20.29% and 4% respectively. There were 740 cases (71.15%) seamen could fit the reference criteria of the 5th Edition of WHO laboratory manual for the examination and processing of hu-man semen (aliased as the 5th Edition). Progressive motility and the 5th percentile value of rate of sperm with normal morphology decreased significantly above 40 (P<0.05). Conclusion In the semen quality indexes of healthy men in Guangzhou area, semen volume, total sperm number, sperm concentration and the 5th percentile value of rate of sperm with normal morphology exceed the standards of 5th Edition, while the progressive motility is below the standard. The influence of age must be taken into consideration when evaluating semen quality.
