目的：探讨血清胆碱酯酶(CHE)活性在精神分裂症患者中的变化。方法收集广东省惠州市第二人民医院住院治疗的364例精神分裂症患者血清(男性184例，女性180例)，另选取120例健康人群作对照组，进行血清CHE活性检测。结果364例精神分裂症患者血清CHE平均活性为(9406±1672) U/L，健康对照组为(7991±1054) U/L，两者比较差异有统计学意义(t=6.623，P<0.01)；364例精神分裂症患者分别按性别、年龄、病程分组，血清CHE活性与性别、年龄和病程均无相关性。结论检测精神分裂症患者的血清CHE活性对监测精神分裂患者的病情可能有重要临床意义。

Objective To investigate the changes of enzymatic activity of serum cholinesterase (CHE) in schizophrenic patients. Methods The activity data of serum CHE was collected from 364 schizophrenic patients in the second people's hospital of Huizhou (184 males and 180 females). 120 healthy people were served as controls. Results The average of serum CHE activity in the 364 schizophrenic patients was (9 406 ± 1672) U/L, while that in the controls was (7 991 ± 1054) U/L. There was a significantly difference between them (t=6.623, P<0.01). The 364 schizophrenic patients were grouped by sex, age and ill course. There were no significant differences in the serum CHE activity among those groups. Conclusion Detecting the serum CHE activity is important in monitoring the con-dition of patients with schizophrenia.
