Erectile dysfunction%NO%NOS%L-Arginine
目的:探讨口服喂养左旋精氨酸(L-Arginine,L-精氨酸)对不同月龄大鼠阴茎勃起功能的影响及意义。方法将不同月龄组大鼠(4个月龄、8个月龄、16个月龄)随机分为三组,每组6只,其中A组给予L-精氨酸2.25 g·kg-1·d-1口服喂养,B组给予L-精氨酸4.5 g·kg-1·d-1口服喂养,C组给予生理盐水(正常对照组)。连续用药8周后于相应时间点检测大鼠阴茎海绵体内压(Intracavernous pressure,ICP)、组织内一氧化氮(Nitric oxide, NO)含量、一氧化氮合酶(Nitric oxide synthase,NOS)活性及超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide dismutase,SOD)活性。结果正常对照组大鼠随月龄改变阴茎海绵体组织内ICP、NO、NOS及SOD的变化趋势一致,均是先增高后降低(P<0.01),8个月龄最高,16个月龄最低。口服2.25 g·kg-1·d-1 L-精氨酸即可使各时间点大鼠阴茎海绵体组织内ICP、NO、NOS及SOD大幅提高,而高剂量L-精氨酸组(4.5 g·kg-1·d-1)大鼠各指标上升幅度明显优于低剂量组(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论口服L-精氨酸能够通过激活NOS-NO-cGMP通路、拮抗氧化应激等机制显著提高大鼠勃起功能,拮抗衰老所致的勃起功能下降,且这种效应具有剂量依赖性。

목적:탐토구복위양좌선정안산(L-Arginine,L-정안산)대불동월령대서음경발기공능적영향급의의。방법장불동월령조대서(4개월령、8개월령、16개월령)수궤분위삼조,매조6지,기중A조급여L-정안산2.25 g·kg-1·d-1구복위양,B조급여L-정안산4.5 g·kg-1·d-1구복위양,C조급여생리염수(정상대조조)。련속용약8주후우상응시간점검측대서음경해면체내압(Intracavernous pressure,ICP)、조직내일양화담(Nitric oxide, NO)함량、일양화담합매(Nitric oxide synthase,NOS)활성급초양화물기화매(Superoxide dismutase,SOD)활성。결과정상대조조대서수월령개변음경해면체조직내ICP、NO、NOS급SOD적변화추세일치,균시선증고후강저(P<0.01),8개월령최고,16개월령최저。구복2.25 g·kg-1·d-1 L-정안산즉가사각시간점대서음경해면체조직내ICP、NO、NOS급SOD대폭제고,이고제량L-정안산조(4.5 g·kg-1·d-1)대서각지표상승폭도명현우우저제량조(P<0.01,P<0.05)。결론구복L-정안산능구통과격활NOS-NO-cGMP통로、길항양화응격등궤제현저제고대서발기공능,길항쇠로소치적발기공능하강,차저충효응구유제량의뢰성。
Objective To explore the effect of L-Arginine on penile erectile function of rats with different ag-es. Methods Rats with different ages were divided into 3 groups with 6 rats in each group. Group A was fed with L-Arginine 2.25 g·kg-1·d-1, group B was fed with L-Arginine 4.5 g·kg-1·d-1, and group C was the normal control group. At 8 weeks after L-Arginine feeding, intracavernous pressure (ICP), nitric oxide (NO), nitric oxide synthase (NOS) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) were detected. Results In group C, the activity of ICP, NO, NOS and SOD changed with ages, which increased firstly and reached the highest at 8 month age, and then dropped and reached the lowest at 16 month age. In group A, the activity of ICP NO NOS and SOD were higher than those in group C, howev-er, in group B, they were even higher than those in group A (P<0.01,P<0.05). Conclusion L-Arginine can improve the erection function of rats and attenuate erectile dysfunction in old rats through activing NOS-NO-cGMP pathway and attenuating oxidative stress with dose-dependent effects.
