将水产品样品中残留的孔雀石绿用硼氢化钾还原为其代谢产物隐色孔雀石绿,经前处理试剂盒提取,固相萃取柱净化、反向色谱柱分离,用液相色谱仪荧光检测器检测。方法的回收率在84.5%~92.1%,相对标准偏差4.09%~5.26%,检出限为0.5μg/kg。结果表明:该方法检测孔雀石绿前处理过程简单,灵敏度高,能快速对大量样品进行定量分析。

The residual malachite green(MG)in fishery products was reduced to leuco-malachite green(LMG)with KBH4,samples were extracted by LMG’s pre-treatment kit,and purified by solid-phase extraction cartridges.The LMG was determined by high performance liquid chromatography.The recoveries of the method was 84.5%~92.1%,the relative standard deviation(RSD)values for repeatability was 4.09%~5.26%,the detection limit was 0.5μg/kg.Thus,this is an accurate method which has simple pretreatment,and it is applicable for quickly and accurate determination of large number of samples.
