应用酶联免疫吸附法（Enzymelinkedimmunosorbentassay,ELISA）对在2013年间采自西藏的195份黄牛血清进行支原体抗体血清学检测。结果检出阳性血清46份，阳性率为23.59%。统计数据表明西藏黄牛群中存在支原体的感染。该研究旨在摸清西藏黄牛群中支原体的感染情况，为该病的防治提供理论依据。

The seroprevalence ofMycoplasma infection in cattle was surveyed in Tibet, China in 2013. A total of 195 serum samples were collected from Tibet and tested by Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). The results showed that 46(23.59%) of samples were positive forMycoplasma. The results of the present investigation indicate thatMycoplasmais common in cattle in Tibet. The purpose of this work was to investigate the seroprevalence of Mycoplasma infection in cattle in Tibet, and to provide the theoretical basis for disease control and prevention.
