以农作物秸秆(稻草、小麦秆、玉米秆)为发酵原料,采用批量发酵工艺,在中温条件下(35℃±2℃)进行纯秸秆厌氧发酵产沼气潜力试验研究。结果表明,中温条件下,秸秆的平均日产气量、总产气量和平均甲烷含量(体积分数,下同)玉米最高(分别为1.75 L、113.6 L、56%);小麦次之(分别为1.62 L、105.4 L、55.4%);稻草最低(分别为1.39 L、90.31 L、55.04%)。稻草、小麦秆、玉米秆的产沼气潜力分别为0.41、0.48、0.51 L/g(总固体含量)。

The potential of biogas production in the process of crop stalks(rice stalk,wheat stalk,maize stalk)batch biogas fermentation under the moderate temperature(35℃±2℃)were investigated.The results indicated that the highest average production of biogas(per day),total production of biogas and average methane content were 1.75 L,113.6 L,56%respectively by using the maize stalk as raw material,for wheat stalk,these variables were 1.62 L,105.4 L,55.4%respectively,in the case of rice stalk,these variables were 1.39 L,90.31 L,55.04%respectively.The potential of biogas production was 0.41 L/g TS(rice stalk),0.48 L/g TS(wheat stalk)and 0.51 L/g TS(maize stalk).
