目的:了解厦门市教师的工作压力状况及其压力来源。方法:采取分层整群随机抽样的方法,对厦门市三所学校的老师进行工作压力及压力的来源问卷调查。结果:273名被调查的教师中,87.9%的教师感到中度以上压力。教师职业压力来源由高到低为关系因子、学校管理制度因子、自身能力因子、人文环境因子、自我期望因子、成就因子。结论:学校应采取有力措施帮助教师减轻压力,同时教师也应采取积极的应对方式,以促进身心健康。

목적:료해하문시교사적공작압력상황급기압력래원。방법:채취분층정군수궤추양적방법,대하문시삼소학교적로사진행공작압력급압력적래원문권조사。결과:273명피조사적교사중,87.9%적교사감도중도이상압력。교사직업압력래원유고도저위관계인자、학교관리제도인자、자신능력인자、인문배경인자、자아기망인자、성취인자。결론:학교응채취유력조시방조교사감경압력,동시교사야응채취적겁적응대방식,이촉진신심건강。
Objective:To understand the status of the Xiamen teachers' job stress and its sources. Methods:The layered clus-ter random sampling method was taken to investigate the teachers' job stress and its sources in 3 schools of Xiamen city by a question-naire survey. Results: 273 teachers were surveyed, wherein the job stress of more than 87. 9% of the teachers was over the middle lev-el. The sources of the teachers' job stress were relationship factor, management factor, capacity factor, cultural environment factor, ex-pectation factor and achievement factor from top to bottom. Conclusions: Educational institutions should take effective measures to help teachers reduce stress and take an active coping style, in order to promote their physical and mental health.
