目的：探讨对精神病患者监护人的干预在减少医疗纠纷中的作用。方法：采用回顾性调查,统计32例医疗纠纷情况并分析原因。结果：产生医疗纠纷的原因中,22例与患者的监护人有较大关系。结论：通过对监护人的干预能减少精神病科的医疗纠纷。
목적：탐토대정신병환자감호인적간예재감소의료규분중적작용。방법：채용회고성조사,통계32례의료규분정황병분석원인。결과：산생의료규분적원인중,22례여환자적감호인유교대관계。결론：통과대감호인적간예능감소정신병과적의료규분。
Objective:To research effects of intervention on guardians of psychiatric patients in reducing medical disputes. Methods:Thirty-two cases of disputes in our department were retrospectively analyzed to find out the reasons. Results: For the reasons of medical dispute,twenty-two cases had a certain relationship with the guardians of the psychiatric patients. Conclusions: The dispute in hospital can be reduced by the intervention on the guardians of the psychiatric patients.
