采用紫外与60Co-γ射线诱变获得的高产纤维素酶菌株系为研究对象,研究产纤维素酶的发酵条件,结果表明:通过单因素实验,确定复合碳源,蛋白胨,KH2PO43个因素的取值范围。利用SAS9.1软件对碳源、氮源以及KH2PO4进行响应面分析。结果表明:X1(氮源)=4.05 g,X2(复合碳源)=3.69 g, X3(KH2PO4)=4.68%,CMCase最大酶活为94.8688 IU/mL。

Study fermentation conditions, an excellent cellulase-producing strain, which was screened by UV and 60Co-γray was researched. The ranges of mixture carbon,peptone, KH2PO4 were confirmed through single factor experiment.Carbon and Nitrogen sources and KH2PO4 were analysised in response surface by using of SAS9.1 software. The results showed that mixture carbon 3.69 g, Nitrogen 4.05 g, KH2PO4 4.68 %,the max cellulase activity was 94.868 8 IU/mL.
