以市场化工业化为目的研究在米糠中提取阿魏酸的最佳工艺。以单因素试验和多因素正交试验为基础,再综合环保试剂的选择、操作简单化和降低能耗的情况下,分析最佳提取工艺。最佳的阿魏酸的提取工艺为:原材料使用乙酸乙酯和乙醇(体积比2∶1)的混和液中溶脱脂类3次,脱脂类比率可达9.43%。然后在温度为60℃的3.5 mol/L的NaOH溶液中反应提取2.5 h,滴加浓盐酸使阿魏酸沉淀析出,获得粗阿魏酸的质量分数为:89.80%,原材料中阿魏酸的提取率为:0.77%。在全工艺过程都采用环境友好型试剂、操作简便和能耗低的条件下,也能获得较高的产出。该方法适合阿魏酸的提取工艺工业化。

Study the optimum extraction of ferulic acid in rice bran to the market for the purpose of industrialization. In univariate and multivariate tests based on orthogonal test, and then comprehensive selection of environmentally friendly reagents, under the simple operation and reduce energy consumption, the analysis of optimum extraction process. Best ferulic acid extraction process are:raw materials using ethyl acetate and ethanol (2∶1 by volume) mixture of liquid solvent degreasing class three times,skimmed class ratio up to 9.43%. The reaction was then extracted at a temperature of 60℃in 3.5 mol/L NaOH solution in 2.5 h,dropping concentrated hydrochloric acid ferulic acid precipitation, the mass fraction of crude ferulic acid obtained as follows:89.80%, raw materials ferulic acid extraction rate:0.77%. In the whole process is environmentally friendly reagents,easy operation and low power consumption conditions, but also to obtain a higher yield. The method is suitable for the extraction process of industrialization ferulic acid.
